The deck overlooking the creek was totally awesome, felt like my own private oasis and the shower was top-notch, hot water for days. The staff was super friendly and helpful, bed was comfy, and the room was spacious with plenty of fresh towels. 🌊🚿 However, the shared balcony brought in a bit of a crowd from the neighboring hotel, slight bummer but didn't ruin my vibe.

I had a great time at this hotel! The breakfast was on point, the pool was a nice touch, and the location couldn't be beat. I loved exploring the nearby attractions and taking a dip in the outdoor pool. Plus, the river views from my room were a pleasant surprise. I even snuck in some laps to stay in shape. a solid stay with all the amenities I could ask for. Bonus: vending machines for those late-night cravings!

being on the creek was so relaxing and peaceful. the sound of the water outside my window was 😌 heavenly. Rooms were cozy, amenities were nice. Just wish breakfast was better. 👍 Great stay!

The rooms have big windows that let in plenty of light. the balcony, along with the AC unit, was a nice addition. - the staff, including the manager, were very welcoming. - the location is marvelous, right off the Gatlinburg Trail and close to restaurants, attractions, stores, and more.

This place has a fantastic setting, right next to all the main attractions and close to the city center. Despite being in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet here.

The room had a nice balcony, and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

we loved how close it was to downtown. we always walked to downtown from the hotel. loved how the clean the rooms were and waking up to go outside on the balcony and just feel the breeze and soak in the peace and quiet. the breakfast at Surestay Plus Hotel By Best Western is good and there is plenty of parking. good location, close to Gatlinburg Trail and not far away from the downtown.

Appreciated the location in Myrtle Beach. The room was available with a king bed, refrigerator, and big windows, so plenty of light.

the hotel was clean and cozy, and with the stream nearby - the atmosphere was so relaxing. the location was perfect - in the middle of everything - great for walking around. the staff were super helpful, and devon went out of her way to make our stay possible during a tough time. she's the best!

The location is marvellous and stunning, just a 10-minute walk to Mountain Mall. It's set in a very quiet area close to various attractions, with a river blocking street noises.

I appreciated it from the moment we entered, strongly recommend this place. The room was updated and modern, included central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven. It boasted pleasant views of mountains and the river.

I stayed at SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Gatlinburg for a quick transit during my travels, and I found the proximity to the nearest airport, McGhee Tyson Airport, incredibly convenient. The easy access to transportation made my journey smooth and hassle-free.

The shared balcony with two other rooms at SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Gatlinburg was unexpected and took away from the privacy of the space. It would have been helpful to know about this set-up beforehand.
